Sanibel 1203- If Barbie were a Condo- is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit at the beautiful Sanibel Condominiums. This condo boasts Spectacular Views of the Gulf with the large balcony and all glass living area. The living area has balcony access to enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf that's just right across the street. Ample seating for entertainment in the living space, a fully loaded kitchen for creating culinary masterpieces, and a dining table set for all guests, this unit is perfect for a memorable vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils for you and your guests. There is a cozy king bed in the primary bedroom with a flat screen tv and private bathroom. The guest room has a very nice full bed alongside a set of bunk beds and a private bathroom. Plus, there is a bonus half bath in the hallway for additional "getting ready room' for Barbie and Ken's Vacation! This location is perfect for people who are interested in a nice vacation with adults, or families, looking to relax on the white sandy beaches in Gulf Shores. *Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking pass price is $30 per vehicle per stay. Prices subject to change.
- A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
- Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must stay with the guest at all times and cannot be left in the unit unattended.
