The spacious living room features a large flat screen tv, ample seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a gorgeous direct view of the Gulf. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials. The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen tv, private bath, and balcony access with a gulf view! The guest room offers a queen bed, flat-screen tv, and private bath access. The spacious balcony can be accessed from both the living room and primary bedroom and offers endless views of the Gulf and pristine white sandy beach! Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Parking passes are $30 per vehicle per stay. Max two vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change without notice.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
