Welcome to "Beach Blessings!" Also known as Sanpiper 12A, this condo is in a low-density area and the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The living room offers ample seating for you and your guests to watch your favorite shows on the New flat screen Roku tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials to create your favorite meal. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed, New Roku tv, and private bathroom. The guest room has 2 queen beds, flat screen Roku tv, and private bathroom.
This unit is located on the first floor of the Sandpiper complex in Gulf Shores. That is not ground floor as the parking is located below the unit. Sandpiper is a low-density complex with only 48 units. Its unique V-shaped layout and shared common areas create a laid-back and friendly atmosphere. The mature palms and lush green landscape combined with the gorgeous crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches are sure to make you feel like you are in paradise! Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking pass price is $12 per vehicle per stay. Prices subject to change
* A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must stay with the guest at all times and cannot be left in the unit unattended.
* According to the ADA - "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
