The Living area is decorated with soft colors and the most comfortable sofa, all new high end kitchen utensils, luxury gel mattress on sofa, and 3 inch gel toppers on bunks. Eating area on balcony so you can have your morning coffee listening to the waves or a meal in the evening. The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed, Located in the heart of Orange Beach, this unit is convenient to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Directly across the street from Adventure Island and Fat Daddy's Arcade, close to Bubba's Seafood House, The Ruby Slipper (breakfast or brunch), and just minutes from the Walmart Neighborhood Market. * Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max one vehicle allowed. Parking pass price is $30 per vehicle per stay. Prices subject to change.
* A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
* Pets are not allowed. This is a Pet Free condo - Owner has a severe allergy. If you have a vested service animal, we have several other properties that we can accommodate you. Due to the severe allergies owner has, this condo has to remain pet free.
This is a Non Smoking Condo- Smoking is not allowed on Balcony or in condo!
