The second guest room, similar to the first, has private bathroom access with a shower/tub combo and 2 twin size beds within perfect view of the flat screen tv.   • Renters must be at least 25 years of age.  You must provide a Valid ID at Check in that matches the name on the Rental Agreement and Check in Letter.  
  • Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
