1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 4-8*Exterior stucco work starting beginning of March up to the 10th- minimal interruption during your vacation. We kindly recommend to close balcony blinds for privacy and a good time to be on the beach during repairs.*
Cozy enough for two, spacious enough for six; from a romantic getaway to a family-friendly adventure this unit is perfect for any beach getaway! Take in the alluring Gulf views from the private eighth-floor balcony adorn with comfy chairs for lounging and a table for dining.
With an open concept design, this unit features a spacious living room with balcony access, flat-screen tv, and a queen sleeper sofa. The adjoining dining area is set with a table and chairs for four and the fully equipped kitchen also features a large bar with two bar stools.
The primary bedroom has a spacious king-sized bed, flat-screen tv, and private bathroom access.
Perfect for kids the twin over twin bunks are conveniently located in the hall across from the bathroom. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and has access from both the hall and the master bedroom. Our staff at Beach Life Vacation Rentals are here to help you plan the best vacation!!
Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Parking passes are $55 per vehicle per stay. Max of one vehicle allowed. Prices subject to change.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
