Beach chair and umbrella Service is available at this location (fees apply and seasonal). For a cheaper option, Gulf Coast Rental Company delivers chairs, umbrella, cooler & beach cart. Contact info for both will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.

🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.

🔹Parking is on a first come first serve basis.
🔹There's a limit of two (2) vehicles.
🔹You may park in any open/unmarked space.
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
🔹No RV's, trailer parking on-site.

🔹Snowbird parking pass price is determined by the association. Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.

🏄 Beach Activities:
Since Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 4909 is located directly on the beach, you can spend your days swimming in the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico, soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand, or trying your hand at watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, or paddle boarding.

🎡 The Wharf:
The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.
There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows

🎣 Fishing:
Orange Beach is a great place to go fishing, both inshore and offshore.
There are many charter fishing companies that offer trips for a variety of fish, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.

🐬 Dolphin Watching Tours:
Take a boat tour to see the amazing bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the waters off the Alabama coast.

🌋 Adventure Island:
