Floor to ceiling windows with views of the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the gulf. Orange Beach has some of the prettiest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is unique with two sleeper sofas in the living room which allows 6 guests and is Ideal for a couple or a small family. A fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare meals or dine out at one of our fabulous restaurants in the area. This building has an abundant of amenities which include a large out door pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis court, racquet ball court, fitness room and sauna, BBQ Grills, basketball court gazebos, and 24/7 security.
** Indoor Pool will be closed starting September 11th and Re-Opening September 15th for repairs**
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking passes are purchased at the front desk for $55 per vehicle per stay. Max of 2 vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change without notice.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* According to the ADA - "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
