This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and a twin over twin bunk in the hall.
The spacious living room features a large flat screen tv and balcony access with direct beach/gulf views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook up your family's favorite meals. The bathroom is conveniently located with access from the master bedroom and the hall.
Four Winds Condominium is a complete Non-Smoking Building. This includes No smoking on balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells, and other common areas (there is a designated smoking area to the left of the building). Don't wait to book your stay! Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Parking passes are $55 per vehicle per stay. Max one vehicle allowed. Prices subject to change.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
