This unit can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with both a regular coffee maker and Keurig, living room with a new 65" mounted smart tv, new, queen sleeper sofa, dining area, laundry room with a "Brand New" full-size washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with bath access. The master bedroom features a king bed, new 55" mounted flat-screen tv, private bath, and balcony access with an ocean view. The guest room has a queen bed, new 45" mounted flat-screen tv, and bathroom access.

Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking pass and wristband fees is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Wristbands are $2 each. Parking passes are $35 per vehicle per stay. Max two vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
