🚮 Trash Chutes are located from elevators to the right and around the corner or from the unit to the left and around the corner
🔹 Please remember that only bagged trash should be put into the trash chutes!
🔹 Cardboard boxes get stuck in the chutes (they never stay folded up) and cause multi-floor backups.

🔹 This includes No smoking on balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells, and other common areas

🚗 Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival.
