✍ Important Things To Note:

🔞 Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
🐶 Pets are NOT allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚮 Trash can be brought to the dumpster provided on the property.
🚫 No smoking/vaping or parties allowed.
🚗 Parking passes are $45.00 / two passes (included in cleaning fee).
🆔 A parking pass MUST be displayed in your vehicle(s) while on the property.
🔹Your parking pass will be waiting for you in the condo.
🔹Assigned parking is directly below the condo (right side of building close to the bay. Space number 113).
🔹Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
⛵ If you are bringing a boat, you must have a sticker and this must be purchased in advance.
🔹WE NEED AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your arrival to arrange the boat sticker.
🔹Cost is $20.00 per stay and payment is due prior to your arrival. You must have a key to the gate to launch.
