This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is perfect for family getaways! A large living area with an adjoining kitchen is perfect for entertaining and having family meals. The TV is fitted with both local cable and Roku for streaming. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. A large balcony is accessible from the living room and primary bedroom, and boasts breathtaking views!
This unit is located on the 2nd floor and does have elevator access. Or you can take the stairs to the unit to avoid the elevator. If you enjoy boating, boat slips are available along with trailer storage. If you are searching for that perfect, roomy, beachfront condo this is the unit for you! With amazing views and a convenient location, this condo is sure to not disappoint.
*There are only 12 docks available therefore must be reserved in advance. Guests much sign a waiver, provide current boat registration and valid insurance and purchase a boat sticker at least 48 hours in advance and weekends not included. Important Things To Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*Parking passes are purchased through a link provided in check-in instructions
* A rental agreement is required for ALL reservations and the name on the contract must match the name of the individual checking in/staying on the property.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* According to the ADA
- "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities"
- "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
* Service dogs must stay with the guest at all times and cannot be left in the unit unattended.
